  1. Step 1

    Reserve

    Pick your zone, your placement and your category. Once it is yours, no competitor can take it on that card.

  2. Step 2

    Design

    Build your ad in the Ad Studio from a template, or send us your logo and offer and we design it with you.

  3. Step 3

    We print and mail

    We print the card on 14 pt gloss and mail it by USPS EDDM to every home on the zone's carrier routes.

  4. Step 4

    Track results

    Your ad carries its own QR code. After the mailing you get a report of every scan.

Who is behind it

Davis Neighbors is designed and run by Jason Tso, who builds websites and local marketing for small businesses through Gridwork. It is new: the first edition mails January 2027. When it has real results to show, they will be here.

Questions

Who receives the card?

Every home on the zone's carrier routes, by USPS Every Door Direct Mail, about 5,000 homes per zone.

What does one business per category mean?

Each card carries only one business in your category. With 6 mailings your category is locked for the run; founding advertisers also get first right of refusal on it for good.

Do I have to design my own ad?

No. Design help is included. Start from a template in the Ad Studio, or send us your logo and offer and we build it with you. You approve a proof before anything prints.

How do I know if it worked?

Every placement includes a unique QR code that tracks scans. After the mailing you get a report of your scans.

When does the first card mail?

The first Davis edition mails January 2027. Exact dates for each zone are listed above and are provisional until confirmed.
